Shawn Puddester - Founder and Managing Director
With four decades in corporate sales, including 30 years in leadership positions at industry giants such as IBM, Siemens, Polycom, and Plantronics, Shawn understands the dynamics that fuel success. His core expertise lies in developing impactful Go-To-Market strategies and cultivating high-performing teams that consistently deliver on business objectives while fostering a strong corporate culture.
Fueled by a genuine desire to empower both businesses and individuals to unlock their complete potential, he founded EML Networking with the aim of leveraging an extensive network to facilitate substantial growth and achievement for EML clients.
Pete Gracey - Key Advisor
Co-founded AG Salesworks, a sales and marketing firm, and managed it for 13 years. Recently served as CRO at Swing Education, changing how K-12 schools connect with substitute teachers. Held key roles at Aurea Software as SVP of Sales and New Customer Acquisition, leading management of over 25 acquisitions in 5 years. Currently CEO of QuotaFactory, offering team-based fractional CRO services for technology companies to scale revenue and achieve growth.
Bob Elfanbaum - Key Advisor
Founder, Kairoi Studio and Operating Executive, NMS Capital. In 1999, co-founded and led Asynchrony, a leading agile development shop that was sold to WWT in 2015. Former CPA and CFO of a NASDAQ-traded public company after starting as a CPA at PwC. Serial entrepreneur founding multiple companies and launching multiple software products over his 40 year career.
Mike Kingston - Key Advisor
President and CEO at RSM Solutions, Inc. He has spent the past 50 years of his career serving in Senior Leadership roles at JD Edwards and IBM Corporation.
